    1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

    Welcome to the PexesoLab application (hereinafter "Application"), operated by Predškoláčik in collaboration with Kromka.IT (hereinafter "we", "us" or "operator").

    By using this Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Application.

    We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted means acceptance of these changes.

    2. Service Description

    PexesoLab is a free web application that allows users to:

    • Upload their own images to the browser

    • Customize the size and settings of memory cards

    • Generate PDF files for printing cards

    • Create custom educational materials

    The service is provided free of charge and without registration.

    3. User Responsibilities

    By using the Application, you agree to:

    Legal Use

    • Use the Application only for lawful purposes
    • Not use the Application in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
    • Respect copyrights and intellectual property rights

    User-Uploaded Content

    • Upload only images you have rights to or permission to use
    • Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate
    • Not upload copyrighted content without owner's consent
    • Not upload content containing personal data of third parties without their consent

    Prohibited Activities

    • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Application
    • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our consent
    • Copy or reproduce the Application's software
    • Overload servers with excessive requests

    4. Intellectual Property

    All rights to the Application, its design, code, graphics, logo, and content belong to the operator or licensing partners.

    Users are permitted to use the Application in accordance with these terms. Any other use (e.g., commercial distribution of software) is prohibited without written consent.

    Images uploaded by users remain the property of users. The Application does not store them on servers and does not make them available to third parties.

    5. Privacy and Data Protection

    Your privacy is our priority. Please read our separate Privacy Policy page for complete information.

    Key points:

    • Your uploaded images are NEVER stored on our servers

    • All images are processed locally in your browser

    • We do not collect any personal data without your consent

    • We use analytics cookies only with your consent

    • We do not share your data with third parties (except technical providers like Google Analytics)

    6. Limitations and Disclaimer

    The Application is provided "as is":

    No Warranty

    We provide no warranties that the Application will function without errors or interruptions. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.

    Technical Limitations

    The Application's functionality depends on your device, browser, and internet connection. We are not responsible for technical issues on the user's side.

    Output Quality

    The quality of generated PDF depends on the quality of uploaded images. We are not responsible for print results or final appearance of cards.

    Data Loss

    Since images are not stored on servers, we are not responsible for data loss when closing the browser or device failure.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

    • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application

    • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities

    • Damages caused by third parties or external services

    • Copyright infringement by users when uploading content

    The operator's total liability is limited to €0, as the service is provided free of charge.

    8. User-Generated Content

    The user is fully responsible for content uploaded to the Application.

    The user warrants that:

    • They have rights to all uploaded images

    • Content does not infringe third-party rights

    • Content complies with applicable laws

    We reserve the right to refuse service to users who violate these terms, even though the Application does not monitor uploaded files.

    9. Third-Party Services

    The Application uses third-party services:

    • Google Analytics (G-DGFF85W4W7) - traffic analytics

    • Google AdSense (ca-pub-3215849122189091) - ad display

    These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies. Users acknowledge that their use is subject to these terms.

    10. Commercial Use

    You may use the Application free of charge for:

    • Personal use

    • Educational purposes (schools, kindergartens, families)

    • Non-commercial projects

    For commercial use (e.g., selling created cards, use in paid service), written consent is required. Contact us at info@predskolacik.app.

    11. Access Termination

    We reserve the right at any time to:

    • Suspend or terminate user access to the Application

    • Refuse service without stating a reason

    • Change or terminate Application operations

    Users may stop using the Application at any time without any obligations to the operator.

    We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will inform you of significant changes through:

    • Notice on the Application's main page

    • Email notification (if you provided email)

    • Updating the "Last updated" date on this page

    We recommend checking this page regularly.

    13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.

    In case of dispute, the user and operator commit to first attempt out-of-court resolution.

    If no agreement can be reached, the competent court is in the Slovak Republic.
